First open release version - created by maneline CI script

This version of the Maneline application interoperates with the following FMIC products:

• Mustang LT40S (tested)

  also expected to work with Mustang LT25, LT50 and Rumble LT25

• Mustang I version 2 (tested)

  also expected to work with Mustang II, III, IV and V version 2 corresponding version 1 models.
