Phase Out Cosmpy

Cosmpy should be replaced with manual gRPC calls to the respective underlying services where possible. As of now, the only remaining dependencies on cosmpy are:

• Execution of auction swaps
• Execution of astroport swaps
• Bank service queries to fetch balances
• Fetching block height
