Shuttle use issue with new galaxy s10 update #530

Samsung Galaxy S10
Description of bug:
With the latest update on the galaxy s10, shuttle will no longer play music unless the app is open and on screen. It stops playing when another app is pulled up or the screen times out or is turned off.
