docs: add interactive selection feature to README

Added documentation for the new interactive selection menus available
when running commands without arguments:
- wt co - select from available branches
- wt rm - select from existing worktrees
- wt pr - select from open GitHub PRs
- wt mr - select from open GitLab MRs

Includes examples showing the interactive dropdown UI.
