Pain

Enhance TinaCMS to include built-in functionality for tracking and displaying the history of content updates directly within the CMS, eliminating the need for complex external processes and storage solutions.

Acceptance Criteria

1. TinaCMS should be able to automatically track and display the last updated date and the user who made the update for each file.
2. The history tracking should be integrated within TinaCMS without relying on external blob storage.
3. The solution should be scalable to handle up to 4,000 files efficiently.
4. The implementation should not significantly impact the performance of the static site generation.
5. Provide a user-friendly interface within TinaCMS to view and manage the history of content updates.
