Metamorf: Language Engineering Platform

Define a complete programming language in a single .mor file. Metamorf reads your language definition and compiles source files to native Win64/Linux64 binaries via C++23/Zig/Clang. No host language glue, no build system integration.

What's new in v0.3.0

• Native source-level debugger -- PDB-based debugger using the Windows Debug API and DbgHelp, with a DAP (Debug Adapter Protocol) server for editor integration. Interactive debug REPL with breakpoints, stepping (into/over/out), variable inspection, and call stack display. Six new units: Metamorf.Debug.PDB, Metamorf.Debug.Target, Metamorf.Debug.Runtime, Metamorf.Debug.DAP, Metamorf.Debug.Server, Metamorf.Debug.Client. CLI flag -d launches debug mode.
• Bake compiler -- compile a .mor language definition into a standalone .exe that embeds the definition and acts as a self-contained compiler for that language. Includes VERSIONINFO resource with project URL. Requires the Zig/Clang toolchain at compile time.
• Myra showcase language -- full-featured language built entirely in .mor files demonstrating Metamorf's capabilities: classes with virtual methods, pointer access, dynamic arrays, exception handling, sets, enums, DLL imports/exports and more. Over 50 validated tests with an automated test runner (MyraTester.exe). Language definition spans five .mor files: tokens, grammar, semantics, emitters, and helpers.
• C API overhaul -- all public API functions renamed from metamorf_* to mor_* for consistency. Added missing wrappers to cover the full pipeline.
• Configurable toolchain path -- build.toml in the bin/ directory allows overriding the Zig/Clang toolchain location. The res/ directory renamed to toolchain/.
• Conditional compilation -- .mor files can now use conditional compilation directives and string literal CloseText support.

• Fixed memory leaks in Compile, CompileUserSource, CompileModule, and the C++ scope resolution handler
• Fixed TOML memory leak in TConfig.AddTableEntry
• Fixed emitter method call path for intrinsic calls with field access arguments
• Fixed C++ passthrough char literals and expression depth in CollectRaw
• Fixed Continue method shadowing the Delphi Continue intrinsic (renamed to DoContinue)
