Desklet Screen Position Follows Cursor

Whenever cursor enters the desklet the desklet begins moving about the screen with the cursor. I don't have to click on the desklet for this to occur - it happens whenever the cursor enters the desklet. Right-clicking usually stops the movement. My distro is Slackware and the Cinnamon Version is 3.4.6.

I occassionally see the same, but not just with the Weather Desklet. A couple of others I use do the same. Which, along with knowing my code, leads me to think this is a problem in the underlying Cinnamon desklet framework, rather than this particular desklet.
