Issue with images after migrating

Hi

When upgraded my dockerized installation I changed the previous volume /data
to the new approach in the github docker-compose example.
Then I realized the images were not in place because I didn't restore them, so I copied them from the old container:
From /data/storage/app/attachment/ to /www/html/storage/app/attachment/

Images are displayed as a broken image in the canned replies.
When openning the images in the browser I get an "Access denied, go to homepage" 👍
For instance, the url:
https://helpdesk.mydomain.com/storage/attachment/4/9/1/image001.png?id=295&token=238jghereatokendb5cd

The image is available in /www/html/storage/app/attachment/4/9/1/image001.png

I am missing something aside copying them into the right place?
