Cache permission issues

Summary

No matter what I do I can't keep permissions on cache data, I deploy using coolify and the persitent storage is present. I can manually set the permissions via terminal by exec into the container but shortly after this error comes back. I'm on freescout 1.8.174

also I have to set permissions manually via chown -R 80:82 /data but again the permissions don't seem to stick because new cache directories are created which don't seem to inherit proper permissions

I also tested setting the chmod env variable and still no luck

I seem to be able to replicate. I can change the owner of the existing directories and the error will go away, new directories get created under root which then can't be read again and the error comes back.

kind of a hacky way to fix but I've set up a cron job to run

chown -R 80:82 /data/storage/framework/cache/data/
