structured output support

99% of my work uses structured output to constrain the shape of the result.
I have started working my looking at the popular library(ies) like outlines. My goal is to produce a sketches, a shape constraining library that should ultimately provide support for guided_regex guided_choice, guided_json, guided_bnf. Since my fork is from jlama I would expect that this library would be easy to port back into Jlama. I am working piece my piece as I have never done this before so if anyone wants to help please take a look
