Add a menu bar to the online editor #42
Description
Add a menu bar to the top of the editor, combining it with the items that are already there. The menu bar could have items such as File, Edit, Tools, Window, Help, which show drop downs when clicked on.
Right clicking on tabs is not particularly intuitive, and adding a menu bar would be more user friendly.
