OpenSUSE Tumbleweed package not found in zypper and appimage not running.

Expected behavior

Appimage should run and zypper should be able to find gamehub package

Actual behavior

Gamehub package is not found in zypper, the guide does not specify a repository where to get the package.

Appimage does not run with the following log:

sudo zypper in gamehub or run the appimage.
