Extract loss function value

Can we obtain or return the actual loss function value during the optimization in UMAP?

Hi Jayani - unfortunately the loss function value doesn't get propagated to the output object. But there is access to the embedding (of course) and also the knn details, so you could implement/compute your own metrics if you like. HTH
