Modmaker works with regular d2, but not with plugy. Worked before

For some reason it shows the modmaker supposedly making the changes its supposed to... but nothing happens when I load in game. got -direct -txt, running as admin, anything else to do?

I encounter the same issue. After Run the D2 Mod Maker, the console shows Http reponse 200, I click PlugY and enter the game, it does not work. For example when I select the new character with cube, after create a new character the cube does not in the inventory.
