Need new releases

Both b5bf0ef and 5a1ab53 bumped the version number (to 0.11.5 and 0.11.6, respectively), but neither had an associated release.

Thanks for the reminder @timholy. I'm considering whether or not to transfer the ownership of TiffImages over to JuliaImages or JuliaIO organizations to help with development. I find that I'm pretty stretched to maintain this package these days.

We'd be happy to have it in either org. Just let me know if you decide to transfer it, and I'll extend the necessary permissions.
