PiInk Advanced (new features and complete web UI rewrite)

Dervied from this PiInk project I began some modifications and ended up in a complete rewrite of the web UI, so that a pull request doesn't make sense anymore. Nevertheless, the enhancements might be of interest for PiInk users and therefore I wanted to share it. The main added features are:

• Check mail feature (receive image attachments via email)
• Display random image (e.g. via cron job or after restart)
• Support of battery management pHat (https://github.com/bablokb/pcb-pi-batman)
• More options (activate/deactivate image zoom, display random image after restart, check mails on reboot, reboot interval based on RTC)

This is seriously impressive! I wouldn't mind merging stuff into main if you wanted to, but these are some great changes! (I've been too busy lately to sit down and work on the project 😅 )
