add missing attributes

missing attributes:
- [ ] in/out attributes `flat`, `noperspective`, `patch`, `centroid`
- [ ] layout attributes `location`
- [ ] buffer layout attributes
- [ ] geometry shader attributes
- [ ] rowmajor, colmajor
- [ ] check if others are needed?
