Further clarify setup instructions in README.md + other issues

Some project instructions are not entirely clear yet. Items I can think of right now:

• How to get Google Spreadsheet API keys (as a private app, for the time being)
• Decide and describe which license to use
• Add Travis CI badge
• any other?
