Build hangs on openSBI compile

Hi!

While attempting a build on an aarch64 machine with Ubuntu and using Docker, it seems I hang on an OpenSBI compile that doesn't seem to finish.

I'll see if I can do some digging on why this fails.

If I run this step as standalone it seems to finish just fine.

same here on master/0.4.3. Switch to 0.4.2 solved it.

Debian bookworm host with distrib's docker 20.10.23.
