Possibly add a qframe.ReadParquet method

I just wrote a blog post on how to convert a CSV to Parquet with Go and thought about how wonderful it would be to play with Parquet files in a Go DataFrame ;)

I doesn't look like the readCSV code is that complex.

Do you think parquet-go can be used to add this feature relatively easily?

I think it should be doable to use something like parquet-go to read data into a qframe. As long as it's possible to get get data into the format of float64 and int slices it should be pretty straight forward to use in a performant way. Strings and enums internal representations are slightly custom for performance reasons but should be easy to convert to.
