PR-Preview is silently failing to run

For example, WICG/shared-storage#221 (2025-01-21T18:13:43Z) and WICG/shared-storage#220 (2025-01-21T16:54:05Z) are missing their previews, while WICG/PEPC#36 (2025-01-20T16:08:47Z) and WICG/shared-storage#219 (2025-01-16T21:57:27Z) have them.

Could be that we’re maxing out allocated memory. I’ve recently reduced the allocated memory to lower my hosting bill for this. Might be the cause. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to look into this until after fosdem.

I’ve warned the community about the perils of relying on unsupported open source projects for a while. Recently here: https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/spec-prod/2024JanMar/0002.html

This led to essentially no tangible outcomes.

So I guess issues like this one are a natural consequence of this inaction. 🤷
