Sound cards disabled (may be related to QEMU being detected as QEMU 2.0 instead of 7.2.9)

What it says on the tin; I can't enable any sound cards in AQEMU.

I have the same problem. The audio doesn't work in the VM and the audio settings in aqemu are disabled.

My host is Debian 12.

-audio driver=alsa,model=es1370 works for me if I make a script instead of using aqemu.

sb16 also seems to be not working.
