Is it possible to create header groups?

The background is as follows:

For example, I have several identical endpoints. I need to add some custom headers to these endpoints. Is there a way to add them all at once? If so, how is this possible? If not, is there a way to create custom header groups to assign them to the endpoint?

You can directly edit the config files under the conf folder for copy and pasting configs. For the 2nd question, no. If you have rules as complex as this, you should go with another more advanced tools like Caddy.

In fact, it is uncommon to have multiple endpoint that require custom headers like this. Can you tell me more about the architecture you are using / what are you trying to proxy here?
