Hello everyone,
I switched from Ngnix Proxy Manager to Zoraxy, and so far I am extremely satisfied!
It's a really great tool for homelab!
Now I'm in the process of migrating everything from NPM to Zoraxy, and I've encountered a “problem.”
I use Jellyfin and have set up fail2ban for it.
If someone tries to log in more than 10 times, the IP address is blocked on the reverse proxy via iptables.
More Infos: https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/post-install/networking/advanced/fail2ban
However, in order for jellyfin or fail2ban to detect the client's IP address, it must be forwarded from the reverse proxy (i.e., Zoraxy) to the jellyfin server.
I used the following configuration with NPM: NginxProxyManager/nginx-proxy-manager#3215
Is there a similar feature in Zoraxy that allows me to forward the client's IP address to the server?
Currently, without this forwarding, I only see the IP address of the Zoraxy server, but not the IP address of the client.
I am thankful for any input! PS: My native language is not English, so please excuse the machine-generated English.
