Handle contacts and voter eligibility for organizations with multiple brands and memberships

There is a need to establish a process to update the member list to ensure that the voters are valid for SC elections, while also tracking those memberships with multiple brands (e.g Microsoft and GH).

Steering Committee Members will be looking into the existing process and ways can be improved in the following weeks, and will provide input in this issue
