Governance repo cleanup and review

I did a bit of cleanup in our governance repo to better organize by grouping the different policies, programs and lists that were in the repo. Everything is now divided under TODO Roles (documents intended for Ambassadors, Members, Associates, the Steering Committee, and Working Groups) to improve clarity and navigation.

I’d love for any of the SC members you to take a look and comment this issue with suggestions to further improve visibility and exploration over the next month. We can review your feedback together in our next meeting.
