Consolidate Emily Omier's content into existing guide structure

Emily's 3 PRs add great content but placed files in the wrong directory (whitepapers/business-value/) instead of whitepapers/business-value/content/en/.She also created new files (Introduction.md, background.md, business-benefits.md, what_is_open_source.md, EmilysTOC) instead of using the existing structure.

This issue aims to consolidate all her content into the existing files:
