[ja] Translation contribution for case studies

Hi.

Could it be contribution to PR Japanese translation for case studies? I believe the contents would be much better by human translation than only by machine translation.

If yes, I appreciate having your additional guidances or suggestions about how to proceed with the PR(s).

Now I think;

• To create PRs for each md file. (e.g. uber_ja.md for uber.md ) : 15 files as a whole
• To create "case-studies" directory under the content/ja and push files into the directory of main branch
• And to ask for review to my collaborators (@nao027 , @atoato88) who have contributed as a translator in TODO and CNCF repositories)

Thanks for leading this effort @maabou512 ! I'm including @todogroup/steering-committee to see if any of the members have some suggestions on the best process to follow for this case.

I think the process you proposed is good to use. Perhaps if this kind of contribution gets more frequent, we could create a GH team called Localization Contributors -- those who help translate the website and other TODO resources into another language -- or similar
