Error uploading your todo.txt file

I've begun getting this message on any action in Todo.txt. It has just begun after the IOS 11 update. I have even deleted the app (with it's data) and reinstalled from the app store, but the error continues. I've logged out of dropbox and back in, with no help. Looking at my dropbox files in Windows explorer, the app does not appear to write to the file.
