custom keyboard shortcuts not working in search bar

Hello,

In your application’s search bar, I’m unable to use the custom keyboard shortcuts I normally use to insert symbols.

For example, I use the shortcut *** to insert the symbol ✱. This works everywhere else on my Mac, but not within your search field.

Since I use these symbols in my tags, this limitation prevents me from being able to search for them properly in the app.

Could you let me know if there’s a workaround or if support for this is planned in a future update?
