Custom tag lists

Idea:

I would love to be able to create other tags lists. We have the current tags, which is great, but I'd like to create others to help with organisation.

That would replace one long list of tags with multiple custom named tag lists.

For example,

I have a doc with an idea about ollama and I have the tags, Ai, Ollama and Idea.
Instead I'd rather have 3 tag lists:
Type: Idea
Tag: Ai
Software: Ollama

With a notes on a psychology book, instead of having the tags Book, Psychology and Bookname.
Multiple tag lists.
Type: Book
Tag: Psychology
Book: Bookname
