[Feature Request]: Several simple but crucial features needed for team development

First of all, I want to say thank you for the excellent program. My team and I are gradually transitioning to it, but some difficulties arise. In advance, I want to apologize if such functionality is already implemented, but I just couldn't find it.

Select & Multiselect for page properties

These are the Select & Multiselect from tables

They allow us to choose one of several options for a cell.

This would be a great alternative to global tags. Global tags would be used for the entire project, while local ones only for one Property.
This is very convenient and would be incredibly useful for Properties.
Because if you often use global tags—they turn into such a mess over time.
If there are enough tags (like we have), the list can be scrolled endlessly.

And this is about 1/10 of all tags.
And for pages, they are critically important to then display them in the database (collections).
Therefore, the simplest options would be to add to Properties the option Create Select & Create Multiselect. And for overall UX, I think it would be cool to make Subfolders for tags.

Settings to change text and header colors

We tested different header colors with the team and eventually developed our own system, but we miss settings for implement it. Overall, it would be great to configure the color palette for a specific Workspace.

In fact, there are many more small improvements that we would like to see in the future, but I think the Feature Request turned out too big already, so let it remain focused on the main points.

I have seen that aligning is available in the newest canary version (implemented with #11790). However it didn't work for me yet. I saw the button but with no effect. Seems to be incomplete yet but might be finished soon I hope.
