How to contribute with translations?

I want to contribute to the Spanish translations, but I'm finding broken links and unclear instructions.

For example, the link for "i18n General Space" in the main README.md redirects to https://community.affine.pro/feed. Additionally, in https://community.affine.pro/c/start-here I found the link https://i18n.affine.pro, but it is broken:

Should I open an issue for this?
