[Feature Request]: Universal (Cross Workspace) Search

Description

As currently available, the Search functionality operates within a specific workspace. This requires the user to first recall which workspace contains the page they wish to access before initiating the search action to find it.

Add the ability to search across workspaces. When this mode is enabled, either by default or by an explicit action in the search process, search results are returned from all workspaces to which the user has access.

Use case

This feature allows users to find content across their workspaces, simplifying content discovery and retrieval.
