[Feature Request]: I want to be capable of select something even on frame or others backgroung

for example if i have frame and some elements on it i just cant select elements on this frame, instead my frame will move. i`ve tried some keybindings like ctrl + mouse drag, shift + mouse drag, double click + mouse drag but nothing helped

Use case

so if u have background as some frames or even images u can also select items on them
