[Suggestion] Count the reviews and comments for other's PR

Hi, should we count review + comment on the others'PR as an activity on GitHub? I think of reviewing someone's code. It can take a lot of time, I think it's good if we can count on it. That's my personal opinion.

@0x6e616d thanks for your suggestion, I couldn't get comment data from github api in my experience but I will take a look again.
