[Feature Request] Upload remote video

It would be nice to have the script recognize and support remote files.
Meaning instead of a local path, you provide a video URL.
This would avoid having to download the video locally and then uploading to Youtube.

But what are the problems with downloading the video locally? You can write a script that

1. Load the video by reference
2. Upload the video to YouTube with youtube-upload
3. Delete the downloaded video on first step

The problem is that if the video is over a GB and I don't "need" a local copy, I don't want to waste time downloading and uploading.

About upload by link. It seems to me that this is impossible (with out downloading and uploading), since this possibility does not exist in the YouTube. In any case, I have not found it.

Remote "upload" is just a transfer from one server to another. In other words: it's downloaded and then uploaded again. You seem to have misunderstood how these things work.

YouTube does not suck videos in from URLs.

I believe the deciding question is can video stream/buffer/data be piped from a remote URL or only from a local file?
From all the resistance, I assume the answer is no.
