Description
Tokland is not working on youtube-upload anymore. However, @kootsoop is. If you prepare a PR, we'll gladly merge it. Any help, gratefully received.
Describe the bug

After the upload has finished the video is immidiatly marked as "Private (locked)" with explantion: "Terms and policies: This video has been made private by YouTube".

Also I get an email from youtube which says:

It says there:
"..For videos that have been locked as private due to upload via an unverified API service, you will not be able to appeal. You’ll need to re-upload the video via a verified API service or via the YouTube app/site. The unverified API service can also apply for an API audit."

I think you should resolve it with youtube...

Additional context
I have tried several videos and the issue is with all of them.
The video are immidiatly and automatically marked as private with restriction upon upload.
The videos are educational lactures and doesnt violate youtube rules
