There is no Other option in "OAuth 2.0 Client ID -> Other"

I'm trying to generation the 'client-secrets', I'm arriving at this step
"Create a Client ID: Add credentials -> OAuth 2.0 Client ID -> Other -> Name: youtube-upload -> Create -> OK"
and there is no "Other" type. I tried the "Web Application" ones and they ask for redirect-uris and I don't know if it's configurable or how to configure it.
