Does Translation Memory work across all projects?

Hello,
The translation memory page https://docs.tolgee.io/platform/translation_process/translation_memory states "Translation memory (TM) searches for similar texts in your project [...]", does 'your project' refer to all of the projects in an instance or only a single project and all of that projects translation keys?

Additionally, if a translation is retrieved from translation memory will it still incur a cost with third party machine translator services?

Thanks for the query. Currently, it means only the single project. More complex TM management will be covered by this roadmap item #1569.
