Saving Machine Translation on language broken

Describe the bug
When trying to save a machine translation for a language it overwrites the default settings and vice versa.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://app.tolgee.io/projects/{id}/languages/mt
2. Unable Machine Translations for provider Deepl on Default
3. Save Machine Translations for Norwegian (does not have Deepl)
4. You will see Machine Translations for Deepl is no longer enabled on Default

Expected behavior
To see machine translations for a specific language not to be overwritten by default settings and vica versa.

• Tolgee Platform version: cloud
• Browser: Firefox

Looking at the request, when I save an individual language, it upserts the default with DEEPL disabled. Also it may reset the formality.
