The UI show invalid data instead of loading/skeletons

Describe the bug
On many places invalid data is shown which leads to confusion until the data is loaded.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• When I switch organization I see old projects in the list until it loads new projects
• In the translations view with machine translations
  • For example if I change the AI customization and open the suggestion there are still old data for few seconds which makes me think the customization doesn't work although it does.

Expected behavior
In these cases there will be loading or skeletons and the data won't be reused if the data are likely to change
