Quicker Update Time

Hello is there a possibility to increase the Updating-Speed on all the sensors, because It feels like it takes twice as long as on the ecoflow app.
I don't need all of them, so would disabling them make it faster?

this is more rate limiting of the api than performance, it updates approx. every 5 seconds.

Okay good to know, thought that there might be some way to increase it? Would it be possible to use the Bluetooth connection of the devices? Cause the ecoflow App uses the WiFi. So it should be possible right?

the bluetooth connection is not supported with this integration as the data is stored in the ecoflow cloud.

Yeah I know, but I saw a Integration which uses the Bluetooth. But it tells me in the documentation that I can't use the ecoflow app at the same time for some reason, idk.

yes this happens with private api for some reason (have read it somewhere, can't remember), your solutions works for the most part, switching to public api works (for me at least) consistantly.

Yes it's the public api, have you tried running the latest beta and checked if this still happens?

No, I am currently on v1.3.0 but since I started to kill the EcoFlow app and use HA with my own dashboard to monitor the Stream system instead, I haven't noticed any update issues.

Obviously, I will have to use the EcoFlow app occasionally to make settings changes etc, but I reloading the Ecoflow-Cloud integration after I have killed the EcoFlow app seems to work well to keep the updates going.

I'm now running v1.4.1 release - the integration still needs the occasional reload even if the EcoFlow App is not used for days or even a week or more. The reason is that data simply stops updating - so I check for changes in key pieces of data and then reload the integration if not seen any changes for a time. I would say on average, I'm reloading the integration about once per 36 hours.

Anyone else seen this ?

To be fair, even if I leave the EcoFlow App open for an extended period as I used to do in the past, this would stop updating after several hours and the app would need to be killed and restarted to regain app updates. This happened on iOS and Android.
