Add Break Count

If every break is numbered — like Break 1, Break 2, and so on — then at the end of the day, we can check how many breaks were properly completed.

In the back of our mind, we know that if the minimum number of breaks isn’t completed, we might end up in trouble later.

So, we tend to take our breaks out of fear, and feel a sense of accomplishment when we complete them.
