Cant find netherite ore

I was trying to find netherite infinite ore with elytra but couldnt. I use fabric 1.20.1. Is netherite ore so rare or there is a problem? Did anybody ever find netherite ore?

I can't find any either. I even started teleporting around the nether for it and still nothing for hours

I flew 4000 blocks in each direction around the perimeter and didn't find her.
