I've built a "Skip" button for UOSC

Hi,

I've managed to build an intro/outro skipping script that I find really useful. For my last update, I've used UOSC's architecture to build an interactive button, I hope that's alright with you. Also, because of this I thought I should let you know about it in case you like it and want to add it to UOSC as native.

You should be able to integrate it easily just by transferring some lines and adding my script as a dependency.
