mpv_prop as tooltip over button controls

I'm trying to figure out how to display a tooltip with the current resolution over the stream quality button. But can't seem to get it to work.

This is what made sense to me from reading the control spec in the config file.
<stream>stream-quality?{{video-params/w}x{video-params/h}}

But it doesn't seem to work. Is it even possible? If not is there another way to display current video resolution above the timeline?

Accomplished it by creating my own button.
