Secondary Subtitles do not display unless hovering over title

After setting a secondary subtitle, uosc wont display the secondary subs at the top unless the mouse pointer is hovering around the top bar area in full screen or windowed mode.

I re-installed the script today on a fresh install to test it again and it doesn't display the subs.

uosc doesn't render subtitles, so not sure what might be going on here. Or do you mean alt window title? Or something else?
