Normalize emoji rendering

Describe the bug
Go to twitterfomo.dev on a Linux device and you'll see that the emojis are broken.

Expected behavior
The emojis should render pretty much the same across all OS / browsers / devices. We might use something like react-emoji-render to fix this problem.
