Installation of Fignos for windows

I have followed the recommended installation guide on the website, and installed using pip. I have then tried to run a pandoc conversion using the  `--filter pandoc-fignos`. However, Pandoc cannot find the executable.

I have read in a few places that I need to add it to PATH. I have done this, but it still will not find it. 

Any ideas?
